In the ShiftFlow app, click “More”, then click “Team Members.”
Select the name of the employee, then click on “Pay Rate.” Let’s take the new instructor, Sensei Malik, as an example.
Select the correct wage structure for each employee, such as hourly, daily, or monthly, based on whether the employee is full-time or part-time, or based on their seniority. Add desired numerical values for each employee in the pay rate input box.
Select pay period for each employee, from weekly, bi-weekly, semi-weekly or monthly. Click “Start a Recent Pay Period” to set the employee’s payroll start date.
Since the school has an overtime policy, their admin also turned on “Overtime” in the account settings, and set up a daily overtime rule in the “Overtime Policy” settings.
